Online Shop

You can order securely on this site. Simply select the items you would like to buy and add them to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping go to the check out where you will be asked a few questions required to complete your purchase. You can e-mail us at any time on info@greenhouse.co.uk with an order or query. We will respond as soon as possible.

Telephone

If you would like to order by telephone please call us on 01872 242 600 between 9am -5pm Monday to Saturday and we will be delighted to talk through any products with you and take your order. It helps to have you credit card details ready.

Post

Choose the products you wish to purchase and then list them giving details of type, quantity and price. Where applicable please be sure to add details of size and colour preferences. A telephone number would be useful in case of any queries. Please send a cheque made payable to ‘greenhouse’ or your credit/debit card details including type of card, number, name on card and expiry date.

Delivery to UK (mainland) Addresses

For all orders over £50 delivery will be Free of Charge. For orders less than £50 a standard fee of £3.95 will be charged. All orders will require a signature on receipt and will normally be delivered within 3-5 working days. If you require next day delivery please contact us by telephone or email and we will give you the exact cost for the faster service.

How to pay

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Delta, Electron and Maestro cards. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card holder issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to or does not, for any reason authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Cheques must be made payable to ‘greenhouse’ and be in UK £Sterling.

Overseas Orders

We are pleased to take orders from overseas customers. Shipping will be charged at cost and calculated according to weight and destination. All deliveries are sent via international recorded post. Once you have placed your order we will calculate the exact cost of your shipment, which we will then confirm with you before taking the funds from your credit card. There may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of the goods for which ‘greenhouse’ is not liable. Our returns policy for overseas orders is 28 days from the date of despatch. Remember to ask for a certificate of posting when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return post. A full refund will be given on all faulty or unused goods subject to the goods being returned in the same condition and packaging in which you received them. Where the goods are not faulty the amount will be less post and packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered you can either return them for an exchange or request a refund within 14 days from the date of despatch. Please remember to ask for a certificate of posting when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return post. A full refund will be given on all faulty or unused goods, as long as they are in the same condition and packaging in which you received them. For all refunds we require proof of purchase (date of purchase and invoice number). For non-faulty goods the refund will be less post and packaging. For an exchange of non-faulty goods an amount will be required to cover post and packaging costs. We will contact you to inform you of the exact amount depending on the size and weight of the replacement product.
