When you place an order online, we will require your name, e-mail address, credit/debit card number and expiry date. We cannot process your request without this information or notify you of acceptance of your order.

1. Orders are placed subject to the terms and conditions displayed on this website. We may change terms and conditions without notice to you. Any changes will apply to subsequent orders.
2. All orders are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when an order is placed and the order is accepted, the stock position may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we will notify you as soon as possible and give you expected delivery time.
3. We take care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products are accurate on our website at the time that they were entered on to the system but reserve the right to refuse orders where product information, including prices, is incorrect.
4. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to be as accurate as possible.
5. Prices are subject to change without notice and all transactions charged in UK £Sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
6. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
7. Delivery can be made to international addresses although we can only give estimated times for delivery.
8. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are given in the ordering and delivery section and whilst we make every effort to meet these times, delays are occasionally unavoidable.
9. We only take payment for the goods when we have checked your card details and the stock availability. Goods are subject to availability and in the event that we are unable to supply goods already paid for a full refund will be given.
